Consultations

Our consultation is a one on one meeting  with your event planner. In this meeting, you will discuss the services you're looking to book and your event details. This meeting is booked for one hour. Additional time is subject to our fee of $25 per hour. 

Event Planning

We offer two different planning packages; full planning and partial planning. 


Our full planning package includes a once monthly zoom meeting from the time you book us until the day of your event. (Additional meetings are subject to normal charges.) It also includes detailed planning for your main event and sub-events (wedding related only). It includes our day-of-coordination package as well. This package is $2,000.


Our partial planning package includes one zoom meeting quarterly from the time you book us until the day of your event. (Additional meetings are subject to normal charges.) It includes detailed planning of ONLY your main event. No sub-events are included in this package. This package is $1,000. 

Day of Event

Our day-of-coordination package includes a monthly Zoom or in-person meeting from when you book us until the day of your event. (Additional meetings are subject to standard charges.) It does not include any planning. It consists of a detailed timeline for the day of your event, rehearsal the day before your event (if needed), and directions from our staff the day of your event. This package is $500. 

Decor and Clean-Up

Our decorating and clean-up services include set up and take down of your event decor. It also includes cleaning up after your event to ensure your deposit is returned from the venue. If a full flip of the (wedding) venue is needed between the ceremony and reception, there is an additional charge of $200 to account for the time needed to complete the flip. This package without the flip is $300. If the flip is needed, this package is $500. 

Officiating

We offer officiant services, if needed. We are ordained through the Universal Life Church and charge a fee of $100 to officiate your wedding. This fee covers any time spent preparing for your event. 

Honeymoon

We offer help planning and booking your honeymoon as an added perk to show our appreciation for choosing our company to be part of your special day.

 Hi! My name is Chelsea, and I own Wonderland Weddings and Events. I have been planning and coordinating events since I was a little girl, and I continue to hold a passion for that today. I take great pride in the services I provide. I want my couples and families to have the perfect event, and I do everything possible to make that happen. With that being said, no event is perfect, and a lot of work goes into planning events and making them go as smoothly as possible. I have an expanding team of professionals who work together to make sure even the smallest detail isn't missed and all vendors are on time. This business means the world to me because it allows me to meet so many wonderful people and positively impact their lives, even for just one day.
